Information Notice for Camera Recording Systems Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”)

As the data controller, within the framework of the relevant conditions, we hereby explicitly inform you that your personal data obtained through the recording of image data by security cameras will be recorded, stored, retained, reorganized, shared with authorized institutions to request these personal data in accordance with the law, and transferred to third parties within the scope of the purpose of ensuring physical space security in our commercial activities or within the scope of our service relationship with you, and will be processed in a limited and proportionate manner. Our data retention period is 10 days, and your personal data will be deleted at the end of this period.

1) Acquisition and Processing of Personal Data

The recorded image data belonging to you are obtained and processed visually, audibly, and electronically, depending on the scope of the service relationship, including but not limited to record acceptance, consultancy, and physical spaces. In this context, your personal data, which is obtained and processed for the execution of all kinds of contractual and legal relationships and obligations between you and Özel Tekstil within the scope of the service relationship, are image records. Image recordings are made through security cameras located within Özel Tekstil to ensure company security, and the recording process is supervised by the information technology unit.

2) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The purposes for which your personal data are processed are as follows:

Your personal data mentioned above are kept for 10 days in accordance with the legislation, in both physical and electronic archives of Özel Tekstil.

3) Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data can be shared with service providers, and authorized public institutions, judicial authorities, and law enforcement agencies, in accordance with the relevant legislation and for the purposes explained above.

4) Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law and relevant legislation, your rights are as follows:

a. To learn whether personal data has been processed, b. To request information if personal data has been processed, c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad, e. To request the rectification of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate and to request that the transaction made be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, f. To request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing are eliminated and to request that the transaction made be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, g. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, h. To request the compensation of the damage in case personal data is processed unlawfully.

You can send your applications and requests within the scope of the Law to Özel Tekstil by filling out the “Application Form Under the Personal Data Protection Law” at the “www.ozeltekstil.com” website, or deliver them in person to the address Inegöl Organized Industrial Zone 2nd Street No:24, Inegöl-Bursa, through a notary, or to the address [email protected] with a secure electronic or mobile signature, by registered electronic mail (KEP), or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person. Özel Tekstil will conclude your requests and applications in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
